Interweb Entertainment is a UK business and as such we comply fully with the new Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

If you’re not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange.

All goods must be returned (at buyers cost) in their original packaging.

You have the right to cancel your order, without having to give a reason, any time within 14 working days – Starting on the day after you receive the goods.

Unless items are damaged or faulty when delivered, you may only cancel your order if:

  • The goods must be unused
  • The goods must be in their original condition & packaging
  • Any Free items must also be returned
  • You must authorise the return with us first within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
  • The goods must be received back within 28 days from the day you received your order
  • You are allowed to open the packages and inspect them, in the case of vaporizers you are permitted to turn them on and make sure they work


Diminished Items: We have a right to deduct monies from refunds where goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value. We cannot deduct for removal of packaging to inspect the item, but we can deduct for damage or wear and tear where the item has not just been checked but used. We reserve the right to deduct 25% from the refund for damaged or diminished items.

If you would like a refund, once we have received your return we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within five working days.

Faulty Items can be returned for a refund, repair or exchange up to 6 months after the day you receive your order and we will provide a return label free of charge for this. If the fault occurs after 6 moths from the day you received your goods then they will be repaired or replaced and will need to be returned at the buyers cost. If a repair or replacement is not available then you will be offered a partial refund depending on the age of the item.

Goods Not As Described: We do our best to make sure that everything we sell is described correctly and clearly, however human error does occur and on occasions you might find something is not correct. In this case please inform us of the inaccuracies so we can fix the problem and we will provide a return label free of charge.

All goods will be checked and tested. If the fault is down to improper use, not cleaning or other buyer neglect then there will be a charge to repair your item.

Cancellation Period

Withdraw: You have the right to withdraw from a sale up till the point where the goods have been dispatched. To start a withdrawal process please go to your account and select cancel order. If you are unable to cancel your order then it means your order has already been dispatched.  Once the goods have been dispatched you rights move to cancel.

Cancel:  You can cancel your order up to 14 days from the day after the last item in your order was delivered. To cancel your order the goods will have to be in a new and unused condition. Return postage costs are the buyers responsibility and we advise that on any return you obtain a certificate of posting and retain this for your records and that you take out sufficient postal insurance to cover the value of the returned products. We can offer a postage paid, returns label for a fee which will depend on the value of the goods shown below. If accepted then this fee will deducted from your refund.

Please note that only the cost of standard outbound delivery will be refunded to you, even if you chose express delivery..
